Our Mission

To contribute to the well being of the people of Yavapai County
by offering quality integrated primary health services.

Prescott Free Clinic is hosting our second annual Bunco Bash for Breast Care on February 6, 2022 and would love for you to join us!

This event benefits Community Health Center of Yavapai’s (CHCY) Well Woman HealthCheck and Treatment Link programs. With the support of donors, CHCY’s Well Woman HealthCheck provided free breast and cervical cancer screenings and diagnostic services to over 800 low-income women in 2020. Additionally, more than 8,550 patients have been served by the Well Woman HealthCheck program since its inception in 2001, and donations make a monumental impact to some of our community’s most vulnerable women.

The Treatment Link program covers the out-of-pocket expenses associated with breast cancer treatment for low income patients in Yavapai County. This program is essential as the out-of-pocket financial expense for breast cancer treatment for an uninsured individual could be devastating.

Come join us for the Second Annual Bunco Bash to raise funds to support breast cancer care and screening services, AND have a good time! The game of bunco is fun, exciting, and easy to play. In addition to the game, there will be hors d’oeuvres and refreshments, a chocolate fountain, cash bar, photo booth, and plenty of raffle items and prizes to win! Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 at the door. All proceeds from this event will go directly to providing breast cancer treatment services in Northern Arizona for low-income and uninsured women.

Event tickets are available for purchase at or at any CHCY location. Raffle tickets are available to purchase at any CHCY location as well. You do not need to be present to win!

In 2020, the sold-out Bunco Bash for Breast Care event raised more than $15,000 for low-income patients! In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Prescott Free Clinic was unable to host the event in 2021. Your support will play a critical role in the lives of women in Yavapai County battling breast cancer and enabling others to receive essential cancer screenings.

Your Community Health Center of Yavapai (CHCY) is dedicated to providing comprehensive Primary Medical Care, Dental Services and Care Coordination, for the care and well-being of ALL Yavapai County residents.

We are committed to providing care within the “Patient Centered Medical Home” concept. CHCY becomes your Medical Home when you select and receive your primary medical care from a CHCY provider.  You do not have to be a medical patient to access dental or behavioral health services at CHCY.

The CHCY is a Federally Qualified Community Health Center which also provides reproductive health (family planning), Well-Child check-ups and the Well-Woman Healthcheck program to our primary care patients.
