Loleita Green-Reid was born and raised in the beautiful country of Jamaica, but has been living in Prescott, Arizona for the past sixteen years. Loleita brings more than 30 years of diverse experience to Community Health Center of Yavapai. She was originally trained as a registered nurse, registered midwife, and a public nurse.
Loleita is exceptionally well-traveled for her length of experience in the healthcare field. In 2002, Loleita ventured to Scotland where she served in a geriatric unit for a year, then relocated to Manchester, England where she worked on the orthopedic unit at the Hope Hospital for two years.
Loleita moved to Prescott, Arizona in 2005 and originally worked for Yavapai Regional Medical Center in the medical and telemetry unit for ten years. She was then transferred to the YRMC East Campus to work in the Obstetric unit where she specialized in caring for labor/postpartum and prenatal patients.
Loleita went on to earn her master’s degree at Chamberlain University as a Family Nurse Practitioner and is board certified in family medicine. She is currently working in primary care serving patients of all ages. Above everything else, she loves her patients and enjoys makes a positive difference in their lives.
Loleita is married and the proud mother and grandmother of two grown children and four wonderful grandchildren. She enjoys traveling, cooking, singing, and spending time with her grandbabies!
