The Community Health Center of Yavapai and your insurance company (including Sliding Fee patients) encourage the continuation of your care through telehealth during the COVID-19 isolation. If you are a current patient, we will be contacting you to make appointments with your provider. If you are not a current patient we are gladly accepting new patients. These appointments are necessary to continue filling your medications as well as assess your current medical and mental status. A telehealth visit is billed and covered the same as a regular office visit. Camera/video is not necessary for most visits, only your phone.
El Centro de salud comunitario de Yavapai y su compañía de seguros (incluidos los pacientes con tarifa variable) recomiendan la continuación de su atención a través de la telesalud durante el aislamiento de COVID-19. Nos comunicaremos con usted para programar citas con su proveedor. Estas citas son necesarias para continuar surtiendo sus medicamentos, así como para evaluar su estado médico y mental. Una visita de telesalud se factura y se cubre igual que una visita habitual al consultorio. La cámara / video no es necesaria para la mayoría de las visitas, solo su teléfono.
