Mirandine Fitchette is a board-certified nurse practitioner who specializes in psychiatric and mental health care across the lifespan. She completed her nursing undergraduate studies at Miami Dade College in Miami, Florida and then earned her Master of Science in Nursing and her Doctor of Nursing Practice degrees from the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona. Mrs. Fitchette has been in the medical field for over 15 years and has practiced in a variety of settings including academia, community mental health clinics, psychiatric/medical hospitals, and crisis centers.  Mirandine speaks multiple languages, such as English, French, Haitian Kreyol, and Spanish. Mrs. Fitchette feels fortunate to be part of the Community Health Center of Yavapai and to help those struggling with emotional and or mental health challenges.
